Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All subscription payments to ASKTC are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated in this policy.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. Refund requests after this period will not be honored.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@asktc.live with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of accidental duplicate charges or service outages exceeding 48 hours.
