By accessing or using ASKTC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ASKTC is a live Q&A platform that enables event organizers to collect, moderate, and display audience questions in real time. The Service is provided by Black Sheep Co.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code comprising the Service is owned by Black Sheep Co. You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Black Sheep Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
